We host a variety of classes at the farm including butchering and cooking classes. 

Lamb Butchering Class

Time: 3:30 p.m (runs approximately 90 minutes)

Cost: $85 per person

Join our butcher, Julien Shapiro as he demonstrates how he breaks down a lamb into various cuts.  Learn about our farm operation and sample some of our lamb products.
